Cooperation
I like shooting everything but I really enjoy the team’s work when making fashion photography and portraits.
If you are a model (either amateur or professional), we can work on your portfolio.
If you are a designer or a makeup artist, I would be happy to make pictures of your creations. I study all proposals.
Please feel free to contact me by email (lorekphoto@hotmail.com).
1- Price:
For any type of work (i.e. studio session, outdoor session, fashion show, wedding, etc...) please contact me for a quotation!
For info, prices start at 500 AED for a portrait-session (around 10 pictures).
A typical fashion studio-session to make a professional book (20 to 30 pictures) is at least 4 hours work for the shooting and then few more days to process the images. Prices will start at 1500 AED.
On demand, I can also collaborate with a makeup artist.
2- Conditions:
For a good studio photo session, a minimum of 4 hours is needed. Please bring with you few pairs of high-heeled shoes (different colors), a lot of clothes (the more choice we have, the better. Think sexy and don’t be afraid of flashy colors. Avoid black as much as possible), take also make-up and other accessories like hats, wigs, lingerie, etc… Every detail is important if you want to have nice shots!
3- Free Collaboration:
I am also looking for very good and motivated models for serious collaboration. If you believe it is you, please contact me! I would be happy to share my passion for photography with you and set up a long-term project.
You will also have to sign a Model Release Form but of course you will get a copy of our best shots for your portfolio and for your private use.
Please feel free to contact me for more details
3 - Cancellation Policy:
I know that LIFE HAPPENS. You can get sick, your car can breaks down, you may have a fight with your husband/wife/boyfriend/girlfriend/same-sex-lover, you start your period that day, you're in another city on another shoot and it's snowing and the airport is shut down, your kids are sick or need to get to school, or you just simply don't feel like dealing with a photo-shoot that day, etc…I respect all that but here's the thing:
When we schedule a photo session I typically book the full day in my timetable and get into the studio at least 2 hours before our start-time to set up everything.
So if you're 15 minutes late I haven't just been waiting for 15 minutes, but for at least two-hour-and-fifteen-minutes and if you don’t come I lose my full day! Can you see why if a model is late or a no-show I get a little pissed?
I respect models that call me and tell me they can't make it to the shoot... the earlier they call me the more I respect them. I don't get mad, I don't yell and scream, I understand that LIFE HAPPENS.
What I don't respect is a model that schedules a shoot with me, confirms the day before, then doesn't show up and doesn't call. I always give a model a second chance for a shoot if they've been professional and called me. But, I NEVER give a model a second chance if they just don't show up.
If you don’t show up, you go on my FLAKY MODEL LIST so any photographer who asks about you gets my FLAKY MODEL STORY.
Bottom line... if you're 30 minutes late and I haven't heard from you I shut down the studio and go on to other things. If you're a total NO SHOW then, don't bother contacting me again - YOU'RE ON THE FLAKY MODEL LIST.
I hate to be a hard-ass on this issue, but I've wasted too much time on FLAKY MODELS!
It must be a cultural/education problem with a lot of people but if you can’t respect me and can’t understand that it is a lot of works to make professional quality pictures you probably don’t need/deserve such photos.
